Frequently Asked Questions

Just create a Twitter account.

It's too much of a headache to sign up for an account at a new site, isn't it? We've simplified the process. You can start tracking your biorythm on highxlow through your existing Twitter account. Twitter enables you to update your condition via the web, mail, or mobile device.

Send messages directly to @highiam, @lowiam, and/or @cheeron.

If you are in good physical or mental shape, send your message as follows:

@highiam I feel as if I am a superman!

If you are in not-so-great shape, send your message as follows:

@lowiam I feel so bad!!! I have made many mistakes...

If others express their not-so-great conditions, let's cheer them on:

@cheeron @theirtwittername Take it easy!

What can you do on highxlow.com?

You can track your biorythm via twitter.com. You can watch a line chart of your day-to-day condition and messages at http://highxlow.com/twittername

(ex. Ryuhei's page).

Why did I develop highxlow.com?

My name is Ryuhei, and I'm the developer of highxlow. I'm from Japan. I was suffering from the lows-and-highs of daily productivity rigors.

Therefore, I developed highxlow to keep track of my daily biorhythm, which has a significant impact on my daily productivity.

Tom DeMarco says that

you can't control what you can't measure.

This means that you should measure your biorythm if you want to control yourself.

How you can contact me?

Please comment on the developer's blog or send an email to info@highxlow.com. I hope highxlow will help you track and control yourself. Thanks.
